Overall Personality:
Jude is overly protective of his family. Especially his brother, Gary. He and Gary were always close to eachother when they were younger, despite the age gap. Jude is also out going and easy to get along with. He could befriend mostly anybody, but if you piss him off its like messing with the Devil. Some people would say that Jude would jump to conclusions, but he thinks things through a lot more than you'd think.
In a relationship, Jude gives his all. He is very romantic, and would do anything for his girlfriend. He does tend to get jealous a lot, though, but it's easily overcomeable. He just cares a lot and worries too much at the same time. You could say that Jude has issues letting people in, and in a way it's true. He only opens up so much to certain people, and its usually a select few that he opens up fully to.

Jude was born Judah Chase Grant on April 4th, 1987, in Scottsville, Kentucky. His parents named their first child after the Beatles song, "Hey Jude" and also from the biblical name which means "praise." Jude was spoiled somewhat by his mother, but his father is who made him tough. Scottie drank a little too much and drove a truck, so he was rarely home. Brittany always said that Jude was picked from Scottie's butt, that's how much he looked like his father. When Jude was about six years old, his parents brought another bundle of joy into the world, and named him Gary. Jude immediatly took the role of big brother, and did anything to include his new brother in what he and his friends did.
The boys grew up in Scottsville, or right out side of it. They lived close enough to the Tennessee line to walk there from their yard, and would often ride their bikes to nearby Westmoreland to hang out. Jude was such a little hick when he was growing up, but more so when he was in high school. He had a Ford Ranger for his first vehicle, and around his 17th birthday was when all hell broke loose. Jude's father became a steady alcoholic, and one night Jude and his father got into a horrible fight, which resulted in a restraining order which was later dropped.
After Jude's graduation, he joined the Marines. He felt he didn't make his father proud enough. He constantly tried to make his dad proud of him, but he never showed anything other than apathy. When Jude got back from his tour in Iraq, he moved to New York and applied to be a police officer, which he got the position. He heard about his brother, and requested that he move up there with him to get back on his feet.
