Overall Personality: Mary i sort of an insecure young girl, ever since her mother died she has been disconnected although she was for the longest time considered the school nerd. She is disconnected in a different way, she is not quiet actually she's the opposite she' just not approachable at all which causes a problem for her, she has nearly no friends. She is also very competitive especially in the music department, she has to be the best in the music department or else she is destroyed, its like the only thing she considers her own.

After her mother died her father started taking things from her, not material things but her life. He started depending on her due to his own depression which has left the young girl insecure. He has asked her to miss things like games or plays, concerts to help him out, her mother only died this summer. People don't really know that and she wants to keep it like that, she would prefer silence in the subject although many have started rumors as to why she is so different.

Mary was born in Palisades to middle class parents, Henry and Lilie. Her mother was French born and her father was born in America to a Spanish Father and a half Irish half Italian mother. Her father was an architect, it wasn't the highest paying job on the block but it was enough for the family to get by on. Her mother was a simple English Teacher. She was born on purpose which is not normal, only because her mother had the hardest time getting pregnant.

When she was born her family was so happy. She grew up in their loving arms and when she reached the age to go to school she attended Brooklyn Elementary. She wasn't hated but students didn't really like her mainly because she was feisty and a bit bossy. She went through elementary teased but then again she wasn't the most teased kid at school which was a relief. She made all state choir in 6th grade.

When she went to high school was didn't struggle at all with her work and got the lead in the musical, one of the first freshmen and due to that kids teased her they thought she had sucked up to the teacher but in reality she had a phenomenal voice. Over that summer her mother drowned while the family was vacationing, her father was crushed and started immediately leaning on his daughter, taking things from her things like love, and her soul.
